1. Introduction

Welcome to the services, website, courses, digital offerings, and platforms operated by Sinta Danu (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not book services.

These Terms govern all psychic readings, astrology sessions, healing work, coaching programs, workshops, courses, digital products, and any related services offered by Sinta Danu.

2. Use of Free & Paid Products

All materials—whether free or purchased—are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, share, reproduce, resell, republish, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

All readings, astrology interpretations, psychic guidance, and coaching sessions are for clarity, empowerment, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including videos, workshops, courses, written reports, session recordings, digital downloads, graphics, and any proprietary material, is the intellectual property of Sinta Danu.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

4. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

All sales of services, sessions, subscriptions, courses, digital downloads, and products are final and non-refundable.

Digital goods—including recordings, transcripts, reports, AI-generated interpretations, or session summaries—are considered delivered once created on your behalf and cannot be returned or refunded.

Our pricing is intentionally kept accessible and below standard market rate to ensure fairness and value.

5. Booking, Payments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

(Applies to all 1:1 sessions, readings, astrology services, and psychic/spiritual appointment types.)

5.1 Scheduling Appointments

• All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Appointments are only confirmed once payment is received (unless on a subscription plan).

• All times are listed in Mountain Time (MT).

• Clients are responsible for their own time-zone conversion.

5.2 Payment Deadline (48+ Hours Before Appointment)

To hold your appointment:

• Payment must be made 48+ hours before the scheduled session.

• If payment is not received 48+ hours prior:

  • The appointment is automatically cancelled.

  • The time slot is released.

  • The client must reschedule and pay for a new session.

Subscription clients: If your subscription payment fails and is not resolved 48+ hours before the session, the session will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling (48+ Hour Minimum Notice)

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Requests made inside the 48-hour window:

• Cannot be refunded

• Cannot be rescheduled

• Are considered a forfeited session

• Require a new payment to book again

5.4 No-Show Policy

A client is considered a no-show if they:

• Fail to arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time

• Do not communicate during the appointment window

• Do not respond to practitioner contact attempts

No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new session must be purchased to book again.

5.5 Automated Email Communication

By booking, you agree to receive automated system emails including:

72 hours before the appointment:

• Payment deadline reminder (if unpaid)

• Option to reschedule

• Appointment details

48 hours before the appointment:

• Payment confirmation

• Session confirmation

• Cancellation & no-show policy reminder

24 hours before the appointment:

• Final appointment reminder

• No-show policy reminder

If unpaid by 48 hours before the session, the system automatically:

• Cancels the appointment

• Sends a cancellation notice

• Provides a rescheduling link

6. Session Recording Consent

By booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge and consent that:

• Most sessions are automatically recorded via Zoom.

• A secondary device (such as a phone) may be used for audio backup or transcription.

Recordings may be used for:

• Client access (when applicable)

• Note-taking

• Session summaries

• Quality assurance

• Course/program materials (only with explicit written permission)

Recordings are confidential and handled per the Privacy Policy.

You may request a session not be recorded before the session begins. If you do not communicate this in advance, consent is assumed.

7. Use of AI Tools

To improve service quality and efficiency, we may use AI tools—including but not limited to ChatGPT, transcription programs, and automated systems—for:

• Drafting and sending emails

• Appointment reminders

• Transcription of sessions

• Session summaries

• Astrology or psychic report structuring

• Organizing client materials

Any data processed through AI is handled per the Privacy Policy, with identifying details minimized or anonymized whenever possible.

AI-generated insights are supplemental and not guaranteed.

8. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information

• Attend appointments on time

• Ensure access to reliable internet or phone connection

• Review reminder emails

• Make payments by the required deadlines

• Communicate promptly regarding scheduling needs

• Request non-recorded sessions before the session begins

Failure to meet these responsibilities does not exempt the client from cancellation or no-show policies.

9. Warranties Disclaimer

All services, readings, insights, interpretations, transcripts, recordings, courses, and digital content are provided as-is.

There is no guarantee of accuracy, outcomes, or results. Spiritual, psychic, and intuitive services are inherently subjective.

No warranties, express or implied, are provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinta Danu is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Losses arising from service use

• Technical issues

• Recording or transmission failures

• Client misinterpretation of intuitive guidance

You assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

11. Indemnification

By using the website or services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sinta Danu from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse of services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Colorado, USA.

13. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado. You waive the right to class action or trial by jury.
